“In the midst of a disaster, they have been incredibly caring.”
Called after finding the upstairs toilet had cracked and been leaking and refilling itself for several days!! Massive water damage to garage and all of upstairs. Owner was there within an hour and a half….took several hours to assess all the damage and took all measurements and photos for the insurance company. He got his crew out that same evening and they got all the water hosed out and started up all the air movers and dehumidifiers immediately!!! The next day, the crew was out again and got ALL of the demo done!! Have had nothing but a great experience with them….even in the midst of a disaster, they have been incredibly caring and have explained every detail of the operation!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone I know!!!

Excellent customer service, very prompt, outstanding experience! I was selling my house, and 2 weeks before closing, my washer overflowed and left 2 inches of water all over my kitchen, living room, closets, and bedroom while I was sleeping. Upon discovering the horrible situation, I called 6 other water extraction companies and not one of them could get out until the next day. With water damage, every minute counts and I knew the damage would be so much worse if we didn’t get the water up that night. My 7th call was to WB Arthur. Zack answered the phone and said he could get a guy out within 30 minutes. I cried in relief. Sure enough, Eddie showed up and extracted water until 2 in the morning. The fans and dehumidifiers did their thing and the carpet pad and carpet were completely dry in no time, saving me from replacing them. Then, when the company that was originally supposed to help with the rebuild flaked out, my insurance adjuster called Trey at WB Arthur and explained that I was a week away from closing and in need of build back help, and could he help. He bent over backward to get folks over to do all the repairs, retack and stretch carpet, and cleaned the carpets before my buyers’ walkthrough. I can’t say enough good things about this company and how they relieved so much stress for me. Not that I ever want to have a flood again, but if it does, WB Arthur will be my first call. Thank you guys!

W.B. Arthur was the BEST! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing professional cleaning services. We had an unexpected hot water heater pipe leak in our rental house that was discovered on a Sunday morning at 7 am. I called, they answered promptly and were at the house by 10:30am. That is quick service! And we live in Luling which is a good far drive from their headquarters. They were professional, quick, and efficient in finding the leak and mitigating the damage. They began drying immediately and demoed the necessary flooring which was no easy task. They were responsive and gave us daily updates on the progress. You won’t be disappointed if you use W.B. Arthur.

My pipe had a leak when I was not home, when we came home later that night, water was everywhere! From kitchen to hall and washroom, I called W.B. Arthur Restoration & Cleaning, Ken was very nice and he came over got all the water up, put blowers everywhere, came for the next few days, took great care of us! And then he came back a few days later and cleaned our floor and carpet, Whenever I need carpet and my floor clean I call Ken!!! He is the best !!! Excellent job from start to finish. Professional and courteous, which really go a long way after a disaster. Always arrived on time, or made sure to send me an updated time, if the need arose. They didn’t leave until I was satisfied that the job was done, and even offered me a ride home, as they noticed I was dropped off at my house. Great post-Harvey help, God forbid I should need it, but would hire again.
