“In the midst of a disaster, they have been incredibly caring.”
Called after finding the upstairs toilet had cracked and been leaking and refilling itself for several days!! Massive water damage to garage and all of upstairs. Owner was there within an hour and a half….took several hours to assess all the damage and took all measurements and photos for the insurance company. He got his crew out that same evening and they got all the water hosed out and started up all the air movers and dehumidifiers immediately!!! The next day, the crew was out again and got ALL of the demo done!! Have had nothing but a great experience with them….even in the midst of a disaster, they have been incredibly caring and have explained every detail of the operation!!! Would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone I know!!!

I highly recommend W.B. Arthur to anyone who has water damage to their home. From the first late-night panicked call, all the way through carpet cleaning at the end of the rebuild, Trey and his team were true professionals who did top quality work while also being amazing advocates for the homeowner.When my house flooded due to a broken pipe, I was in full panic mode. I called at 8pm on a Saturday night, and Trey’s knowledge and expertise went a long way towards calming me down, and he had a technician to my house within the hour. He was on the phone with me that night at midnight, explaining my options in easy-to-understand language without the jargon that many contractors tend to use.After the initial water removal, the team was at my house every day until the job was done and the house was dried completely. With two young children at home, they gave my wife and me peace of mind by prioritizing mold prevention, while at the same time being cost conscience. The required demolition work was also done efficiently and in a manner that ensured drying but minimized rebuilding cost.To any homeowner facing a similiar situation, I strongly urge you to use W.B.
