Available Positions

Restoration/Carpet Cleaning Technician

Experience is preferred, but not necessary. We will train any individual willing to learn.
Must pass a background check, drug screen and have a valid Texas D/L.
Overtime and commission opportunities.
Must be willing to be on-call, with weekend work a possibility.
Most importantly, integrity, presentability, and reliability are required.
Apply with a teamwork attitude.

Requirements:

Must be able to report to assigned job on time.
Must able to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects of 40 or more pounds and climb stairs.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Must have reliable transportation.

I have a background in both damage restoration and new home construction. I am a graduate of Texas Tech University, and live in Driftwood with my lovely girlfriend. I love making good barbecue in my free time, and was once told that the only way to make good barbecue is by making lots of bad barbecue first. My motto is to be diligent, work hard with a purpose, and understand the responsibility of what it means to work for someone who trusts you. Do a good job, every time.

I live in Austin with my wife Sarah, and sons Thomas and David. I am a graduate of the University of Texas, and love attending any/all Longhorn sports events with my wife and boys. Our focus is on complete customer satisfaction. We’ve pushed that objective on to our staff members and service partners to the point that it has become the biggest and most important piece of the W.B. Arthur culture. We value the opportunity to help people. We can sincerely reassure them that all will be well and things will be back to normal in no time because we’re in charge and this is what we do. I am originally from East Texas, but found my way to San Marcos for college and fell in love with the area. With a decade of experience in customer service, I’ve honed my skills in making folks smile. These days, you can find me here at W.B. Arthur, where I hold the title of Chief Cultural Officer, which means I’m the one in charge of all the fun stuff—marketing, HR, public relations, you name it! Outside of work, I’m all about soaking up the simple joys of life. Whether it’s quality time with my family, tending to my garden, or hanging out with my dogs and chickens, you’ll usually find me outdoors, embracing the beauty of nature.
